Information you share
The contact form sends your name, email address and message to the NECS team so we can respond to your enquiry. These messages are delivered through Amazon SES and retained in our email system. Please avoid including sensitive information.
Accounts and private demos
New access is by invitation using Google or a one-time email link. We retain account email addresses, Google account identifiers, access roles and invitation records to authenticate and manage access. Google handles your Google password; NECS does not receive it. Email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. We store hashed sign-in tokens and secret-keyed request fingerprints to limit abuse. Expired tokens and fingerprints are cleaned up on later requests after 24 hours; backups can retain older records. Existing password accounts retain their password hashes. Private demos may process or save the information you enter; the existing AI assistant stores conversation history and uses external AI providers to generate responses.
Security and service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel BotID checks contact requests for automated activity. We use a keyed hash of the request IP address for rate limiting; rate-limit records expire from the active store after 24 hours when the form is used. Hosting, email and database providers process information needed to operate these services.
Cookies
Sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session, and invitation acceptance uses a temporary cookie. The public landing page does not require an account. Security checks may use browser and request information to prevent abuse.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete your contact messages and account information through the contact form on our homepage. We do not sell your enquiry details or use them for unsolicited marketing.
